For eight years, District 2 has been represented by the same voice — while Walton County taxpayers have watched unchecked development chip away at the character and natural beauty of our home. Revolving-door county administrators, over $2.2 million loan to an  Economic Development Alliance that delivered little, and a nearly $1 million taxpayer funded strategic plan — criticized by the very commissioners who authorized it — have left residents frustrated and underserved.

Meanwhile, communities across our county have been pitted against one another instead of united behind a shared vision. That changes now.

✦  Fiscal Transparency & Accountability: Every dollar of taxpayer money will be tracked, reported, and justified — no more backroom deals or unexplained expenditures.

✦  Responsible, Thoughtful Development: As growth moves north, the decisions we make today will shape Walton County for generations. I will ensure development serves our communities— not the other way around.

✦  Protecting Our Natural Heritage: Our aquifer, agricultural lands, and conservation corridors are irreplaceable. Once they're gone, they're gone forever — and so is the Walton County way of life we all love.

✦  One Walton — United, Not Divided: North end or south end, rural or coastal, every community in Walton County deserves a seat at the table and a champion in the commission chambers.
